Adult Faith Formation

Our Lady of Grace offers many opportunities for adults to deepen their faith life and grow in community with one another. All are welcome!

Our Lady of Grace Parish offers several Bible Studies each year. All are welcome to sign up and join us as we seek to deepen our faith through Scripture! (Contact Chris Flack at [email protected] or 215-757-5530 for more information.)

Every year, Our Lady of Grace offers one-day retreats for men and women right here on Our Lady of Grace's campus. The goal of these retreats is to reinvigorate or deepen the faith life of all who attend, while also fostering community and authentic friendship. The Men's and Women's retreats usually focus on a particular faith topic and feature a dynamic and inspiring speaker. Previous speakers have included:

• Meghan Cokeley, Director of the Office for the New Evangelization, Archdiocese of Philadelphia (Women's Retreat, 2020)

• Sr. Sheila Galligan, IHM (Women's Retreat, 2019)

Each Advent and Lent, Monsignor Prior gives an invigorating lecture on a topic relating to these vibrant liturgical seasons. The lectures are usually about an hour long. Previous topics have included:

Every October, women from Our Lady of Grace Parish attend the Catholic Women's Conference at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, PA. The Conference is a day long (usually from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM), and includes Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Confession, talks by dynamic and inspiring speakers, and so much more. There are English and Spanish tracks to choose from according to your preference. The Women's Conference serves as a beautiful reminder of who we are as daughters of God.
