Children's Liturgy of the Word

Children’s Liturgy of the Word takes place at the 10:00 AM Mass. Children ages 4 years old to 5th grade are welcome!

Perhaps you have seen the children dismissed after the opening prayer and wondered where they are going? They are going to the Chapel with their prayer leaders to hear the Readings in a simpler language that is easier for children to understand. They participate in conversation and prayer centered on the message of the readings and pray their own intercessions. This helps them to appreciate the Mass more. The children are then brought back into the church after the Creed. Older siblings are welcome, as are parents with their younger children. We hope your children will join us!
