Deacon John Teson

Deacon John Teson joined the Our Lady of Grace staff in July of 2021 as the Business Manager. He was ordained a Permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia on June 6, 2015. Deacon John earned his Associates Degree in Specialized Technology/Tool and Die Making from Johnson School of Technology in 1985; his Bachelors Degree in Management/Marketing from Holy Family College (University) in 1998; and his Masters Degree in Church Management at Villanova University in 2022.

A little bit more about Deacon John: "My wife and I (married in 1990) live in Northeast Philadelphia in Our Lady of Calvary Parish. We have two adult children: Joshua and Rachel. I was born and raised in Reading, PA. I am the 8th of 9 children - there are 6 boys and 3 girls. My wife is also one of 9 children - they are also 6 boys and 3 girls. I enjoy golf, the Phillies and playing with our dog, Gemma."

Deacon John's favorite Saint is St. Margaret of Scotland.
