Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation (also referred to as Penance or Confession) has three elements: conversion, confession, and celebration. In this sacrament we find God’s unconditional forgiveness, and in going forth, we are called to forgive others.

We are excited to be using a program for the Sacrament of First Reconciliaiton called Signs of Grace: You are Forgiven. “Fun activities, entertaining videos, engaging student guides and compelling stories are all part of the Signs of Grace curriculum, helping children understand intellectually, spiritually and emotionally that the Sacraments are a real encounter with Jesus Christ. This program is designed with the whole family in mind and parents play a key role in the preparation of their children for the Sacraments.” This includes participation in the First Reconciliation Retreat and family pages in the children's books.

First Reconciliation Retreat - Saturday January 4, 2025 9AM-12PM  All Paperwork due.
**PARENTS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THE RETREAT WITH THEIR CHILD**

 Monday February 24, 2025 6:30 PM First Reconciliation in Church children should arrive by 6:15.
